Skills- handstand into bridge and come up.
1) try a handstand split.
2) start with one leg in front of you and then go into a handstand split and then land in bridge. Then come up from bridge.
3) try it from the ground to a sofa or a bed in the shape ( landing with one foot.)
4) try it on the trampoline.
5) on a small slope, run up and keep trying your front walkover until you get it.

You donβt need a friend!
1) try you handstand into bridge on a slope. If you donβt come up come up afterwards.
2) try it again but with a friend their to push you straight up.
3) try it on a trampoline with a couple of bounces before hand.
4) once you have landed it on the trampoline, try it with a run up on a soft surface.
5) try it normally on a soft surface.
6) try it on the ground!
Skills- bridge, handstand
You donβt need a friend
1) go into your bridge position but with you feet on a higher surface e.g bed/ sofa and kick over. Then go smaller!
2) try your kick over on a slope with a friend.
3) try it on your own.
4) do it on the floor with a friend.
5) do it on your own!
At this time you should be going to get fresh air everyday. I suggest go for a little jog everyday to stay fit

2) try your aerial from a spring board onto a mat ( takes 1-2 hours)
